When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020, HireBetter’s primary revenue drivers, word-of-mouth referrals, events, and face-to-face sales interactions became stagnant. They needed to shift sales and marketing efforts to the digital realm in order to stay competitive and continue to grow.

With the COVID-19 circumstances in place, HireBetter understood the importance of their website’s SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and that their prospects going forward would be looking to connect with their business digitally.
