The HT Group was born of the idea that things could not only be better but could go above and beyond anything that currently existed in the market and is widely considered to be one of the best staffing and recruiting agencies in Texas.

Challenge

After many years, The HT Group was ready to reposition their corporate image to better align with the growth they had experienced and the higher levels of expertise they had achieved. They wanted a website and branding that matched their sophistication and authority in the staffing and recruiting industry. The goal was to create a beautiful, modern corporate identity and web design that would visually represent their position in the market and make it extremely easy to navigate for their multiple audiences

THE RESULTS

Our design team created a new logo incorporating a ladder design into the letters in the graphical icon to embody the sense of upward movement and possibilities. The identity mark utilized a new color palette that is bold and unique in their industry. To further embody the new identity, we created a custom sales kit with multiple inserts to support the sales initiatives of the company. And the website we created for them was a completely custom design with a navigation system tailored to the needs of their multiple target audiences.

To date, the new identity, website, and sale kit have been a huge success for The HT Group.
